Casablanca; The White House of the Middle East, known for its architecture and food. Casablanca has been an overdue project, a project that was initiated back in May 2021 with the goal of bringing Food and Style to Fort worth area. We’ve been honing every single little detail to deliver an experience that will be craved in the soon future.

Zack Shalabi, The mastermind behind the project is an Aviation Captain by career. He has been traveling the world for the past 30years. This project is an accumulation of the food he devoured on his travels with an aim to share these same plates with the people he loves.
